Yep that’s me in the photo.

Last year on this day, I had a great view looking over the beach in Ile de Pain, New Caledonia. I miss it. I can’t wait to go back. Maybe next year? We shall see.

This year, I’m sitting on my dining room table typing this up :)

And I’ll be teaching! Here’s my schedule this month.


11:30-12:30 Yoga for Shoulders and Lower Back
13:00-14:00 Gentle Flow

13:00-14:00 Yoga Basics

*The 2nd Wednesday of the month, March 9th will be a sub.

I’ll be subbing these classes:

March 10th, Thursday

10:00-11:00 Yoga Basics
11:30-12:30 Stretch Yoga
13:00-14:00 Breathing and Meditation
