13th Friday 19:00-20:00 Yoga Basics
13th Friday 20:30-21:30 Restorative Yoga

Regular Classes:
Tuesdays (17th, 24th and 31st)

10:00-11:00 Gentle Flow Yoga
11:30-12:30 Yoga for Shoulders and Lower Back
13:00-14:00 Yoga Basics

*Note:  I will not be holding my regular classes on the 3rd (Tues), 10th (Tues) and 19th (Thurs).

New Blog!

So I set my goal. Putting one foot in front of the other to move forward. Stopping by occasionally to smell the roses, and enjoy the view.

Everyone has to start somewhere, and this is where I am starting today. I’m starting with a new blog and a new website. I am super excited about the possibilities that lie ahead of me. I aim to post about various aspects of yoga, yoga inspiration and topics which I find qualify as part as a yoga lifestyle.

So what’s your goal? Whats that dream of yours you’ve been hiding from people? That dream that feels so big that it’s scary, that you have absolutely no clue where to start. I know that feeling. I’ve felt it many many times. I still feel it. But I do know one thing. If you don’t take that first step, the dream will always be a dream.
