Yoga is a practice that lets you find your inner peace. A practice where you find your happiness, not on matters based outside of you, but factors that are within you.

The next time you get upset, or pissed.. ask yourself…

And honestly, sometimes I do scream. Not a small AHHH! but it’s more of a full blown rage that goes something like… NO IT IS NOT WORKING FOR ME WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU THINKING!?!?!??! AHHHHH!!!!!

Yep, I have those days. In the ideal world, in order to protect others from harm, I’d prefer to lock myself up in the dungeon (aka the bedroom) and not come out from under the bed sheets for about 3 days until all the rage disappears and I’m my good ol zen self again.

But, I havn’t figured out how to put my life on hold for three days. I still have responsibilities. I still have students showing up in my classes (THANK YOU FOR COMING TO CLASS!!!). I have to pull myself together, pack lunch boxes and get out of the house WITHOUT making anyone the victim of my rage. (I’m sorry husband!!)

So, I keep asking myself…

Is my yoga working for me?

I ask myself over and over and over and over again…

and then… when I finally come to the present moment. I ask once again…

Is my yoga working for me?

yessssssss…..

I say in my own heart.

and I wish everyone else the same peace in their own hearts.
