Hiiiii!!! I’m so happy you’re here!
Grab yourself a cup of tea and stay for a while
I’m not sure how you found me, but it feels like it’s meant to be!
Are you busy, tired, stressed, worn-out, aching everywhere from starring at your massive PC monitors?
Do you want to start a new hobby to help refresh, rejuvenate and clear your mind?
Maybe you come home from a busy day, throw something in the microwave and eat it on the sofa while watching TV.
You have no energy left to do anything else.
But you know this has got to change, like, YESTERDAY!
You feel your health slowly slipping away. You take a flight of stairs and you’re out of breathe. If the light is about to turn red, you wait for the next green instead of running for it. You try to find the closest parking spot to the door. You take a bus instead of walking 10 minutes.
You’re tired.. very tired.. and you’re now sick of being tired.
You want change
You want a different life.
A life where your body isn’t aching while trying to sleep at night.
A life that you’re excited to get out of bed in the morning.
A life that is calm, centered and light.
If this is what you crave, and need, yoga can guide you.
I spent 9 hours a day facing four 17inch monitors for six and a half years.
I know what tired feels like…
…stress feels like…
…overwhelm feels like…
…having an aching body feels like…
…having a hard time to go to bed feels like…
…waking up in the morning, and wishing time would warp to 6PM that night feels like…
all this can change
And I know yoga can help you too.
While keeping my corporate job, I have completed my 200hour Teacher’s Training program in 2010.
When I left my job in 2013, I spent one month in a beautiful setting to attend the Sivananda Teacher’s Training.
Yoga is the answer
And I can break it down to bite-sized bits, so you can easily implement them into your life.

More about Tiffany:
Tiffany Toyoda is a bilingual yoga instructor, who speaks English and Japanese fluently. She loves yoga, the ocean, food, and travel. Currently she lives in Japan with her husband and cat.
She was inspired to take her first yoga class after reading the Bhagavad Gita in college. Her first yoga class was a course offered on campus called ‘Yoga for Dancers’, and she swore never to do yoga again. The class was geared toward an advanced dancer who would like to use yoga to improve their flexibility. At that time Tiffany couldn’t reach her toes, and doing the splits both ways was not a great way to do warm up. (okay, it still isn’t. maybe one day)
After moving to Japan and starting a corporate career, Tiffany started going to yoga classes regularly as a way to get regular exercise and release stress from sitting in front of a computer for 9 hours a day. She completed her first teacher’s training course in December 2010 at Under the Light yoga school in Yoyogi. In June 2013 she completed the Sivananda Teacher’s Training course which was held in Okayama, Japan for the first time. Tiffany has received the spiritual name “Jyoti” meaning “Light”. She aims to be the light and share yoga with others.
Currently Tiffany teaches regularly at Madhuri Smile in Umegaoka, Tokyo.
